“We knew Rachael before she asked for her help to renovate our three bathrooms. She had helped us furnish our new home, so she already had an idea of our style. Rachael did all the heavy lifting, choosing a vast array of materials, paints and fixtures for us to choose from. But because she already knew our style, it was easy to choose what we liked best from what she presented us. Her enthusiastic approach and demeanour are infectious and she inspired us to be excited about our project again. Rachael helped guide us through the renovation process, liaising with the contractor and jumping in when last minute decisions and changes were needed. “Colleen Ziakin was recommended to me by a good friend which turned out to be the best advice ever. Colleen took my magazine cut-outs, definite and vague ideas, and a loose grasp of the budget required for a kitchen renovation and turned them into a wonderful, workable space that seamlessly melded the old (footprint and some cabinets) and the new (counters, drawers, floors, sink, appliances). All this while reminding me of the ultimate cost. Colleen dealt with all the contractors and suppliers giving me time to fully enjoy the process. Nebulous bathroom ideas are floating around in my brain, but nothing will happen until Colleen has time to oversee the process.”
