“Over the last two years we renovated our home however something was still missing. I met with Catherine and she immediately understood my vision for the home as well as how we needed the space to function for our family of five. She put her touch on every room in the house (many rooms she completely changed out all the furniture, custom sofa, great lighting, built in wall unit etc) other rooms she just added in accessories and an area rug giving the space a modern fresh vibe. Catherine has incredible vision and is so driven and passionate about every project she takes on. I look forward to working with her again soon when she renovates our home office, hall and staircase.”

Janet helped enormously giving me great insight, helping with the details and giving alternatives I had never thought about. “I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne Hallam virtually for help with our sunroom addition at the cottage. She was amazing to work with and provided great insight, making me confident in pieces we were using, and really putting the whole thing together. She helped us with big picture ideas, as well as small details. She would give me an idea and then email examples by way of pictures. She really helped pull together the right colours and feel for the room so it would flow with the adjoining room in the existing cottage. We discussed flooring, lighting and fans, couches and chaise lounge (for a beautiful reading nook overlooking the lake) and more! It was an absolute pleasure having Suzanne on board!”

“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“These ladies did a wonderful job with staging a unit for my client. They paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure all prospective buyers had a good feel for living in the space. Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room . I can tell you one thing for sure...you won’t find a more dedicated team for bringing life to your most prized listings. Would love the opportunity of working with them again in future. “Recently I purchased my first apartment with my boyfriend. Because I had never decorated my own place before I was very confused with colour choices and on what wall each colour should be on. Lori was beyond the most helpful, patient and knowledgeable interior decorate I have ever come across. She explained to me how the sun can come in at certain angles making the colour choices I picked looking very different than the colour samples. Because of her she made our apartment feel like a home rather than a stepping stone till our next place. I couldn’t have done it without her help!”
