“We purchased a 60 year old home and hired Diana to assist with updating the inside of the home. She assisted with structural changes and colour and style selections. I was able to communicate to her the style that I wanted and she was able to make those visions come to life. For example, I wanted an open concept kitchen and she was able to determine where all the appliances and cabinets would be placed once the main kitchen wall was demolished. Her colour selections, tile styles and cabinet styles for all three washrooms and laundry room were perfect. She also respected my opinion. For example, I wasn't too enthusiastic about the colour selections for the wall surrounding the fireplace, Diana could sense that and immediately pulled out a different colour selection based on my feedback and I fell in love with the colours. She also gives honest feedback. She pointed out to me immediately if I was gravitating towards a selection that was a 'fad' and not 'timeless. I would definitely hire her again for future projects. I have absolutely no regrets about any of the decisions made, and that is 100% because we had Diana as our designer. Thank You.”

“I hired Endless Ideas when I bought my new home to help select colours and to draw up a floor plan for furniture placement. In addition to purchasing some furnishings from them, I also had a few of my favorite pieces re-upholstered. Marissa and her staff did a great job in helping me select colours, furnishings, draperies, fabrics and accessories. I love going into the Endless Ideas store. The staff is so friendly and very easy to work with.”

“I hired Sarah the first time 3 years ago to help me redesign my newly bought condo. A baby and a new house later, I had the same need to give personality to the new home. Sarah has a gift for picking just the right item for the right place, and the whole home looks gorgeous with a cohesive look throughout. “These ladies did a wonderful job with staging a unit for my client. They paid attention to the smallest of details to ensure all prospective buyers had a good feel for living in the space. Apart from staging, they went above and beyond with coordinating the furniture delivery in my absence and all the last minute handyman work that I had overlooked prior to listing. Loved how they used real palm plants to bring a natural feel to the living room . I can tell you one thing for sure...you won’t find a more dedicated team for bringing life to your most prized listings. Would love the opportunity of working with them again in future. Keep up the good work!”

“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with LDR Designs on multiple projects over the past 3 years. I would highly recommend Linda DeRuiter and LDR Deisgns to anyone needing a design firm for major projects and smaller design projects. In our previous home LDR Designs gutted our kitchen and main bathroom. The end result was well designed, beautiful and functional. Our most recent project was in our new home. LDR Designs gutted our basement, dug down, installed radiant heating, gutted the basement bathroom and laundry room and then finished with new storage, cabinets and lovely finishes throughout. We are thrilled with the end result. LDR Designs also gutted the master bath and redesigned a 2nd floor bedroom for more space and storage. We are delighted with results and will continue to work with LDR Designs on future projects.”
