He had a tablet with lots of previous work so I could visualise what he proposed. He also kindly left samples with me so I could later discuss with my partner. “Not only did Spiffy Spools produce a beautiful roman shade for me, but they provided excellent customer service. I had originally order my shade with a ribbon border, this is a significant up charge. Their designers didn't think the color and pattern layout matched with the ribbon. They carefully laid it all out and emailed me photos so I could make an informed decision. I choose to leave it off. They fully credited me for the border. The shade is significantly better without it and I am so glad they spoke up. Upon install they quickly responded to my emails with questions and were always friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.”

“Pret A Vivre have been outstanding from start to finish. Laura at the Fulham branch helped us hone down our ideas from the endless curtain styles and fabrics available. She could not have been more helpful and insightful and we feel like we got expert advice and just the right curtains for us. The lead time was as expected and fitting was equally impressive. The fitter turned up on time, was professional but friendly and fitting was quick and to an excellent standard. They really do look fantastic. You pay for quality and these curtains were not cheap but we genuinely feel like it is value for money. We have more windows to dress and will be using Pret A Vivre for all of them. Recommended.”

I was contacted by Gaius who used photos from past projects and sketches relating to my drawings, they quickly made me realise the potential and what could be done with my house. The process from quote to installed blinds was also very good. I was impressed by the installer and his commitment and preciseness of his work to get the perfect end result. “The service and attention to detail provided by Risby Taylor Interiors was incredible. How they managed to pull off such a fantastic service during a pandemic is nothing but astonishing. I did not think it possible to be able to view such a range of fabrics and have such support all while being completely covid safe. Paige discussed every little detail with me when I needed her to. She wasn’t at all pushy and just supported me through my thinking and my needs. She even indulged me in having tiny cushions made for the children’s chairs and got the proportions exactly right even though I was vague and useless! Then when it came to measuring we had the pleasure of both Paige and Richard - what a fabulous and hard working couple! Richard worked so efficiently. I was amazed how easy he made it all look! I was so impressed and would recommend them above anyone else I’ve ever used. I can’t thank them enough, the curtains utterly transform the room. They enhance our botanical/colonial theme and give a luxurious look and feel. They did so well I recommended them to my mother, and she is having them fit curtains for her now.”
