Eli and Linda collaborated with me to on a rather complex renovation, producing architectural drawings and structural calculations for converting an unused attic apace of a 1929 house in the Seattle into a habitable living space, adding almost 500 sq ft. to a house with only about 880 sq ft. on one floor. Though out the process, they were both courteous, quick to respond to my questions and most amenable to the many suggestions I had for changing the design to either create a more efficient use of the space or accommodate material purchases (such as windows) that I made. The cost was most reasonable and I would have no hesitation in either recommending them to other clients or using them again myself. Since their work only involved the design stage and I have not yet begun construction, I do not have any pictures to contribute.”
