“Vani recently architected a 500sq ft remodel + addition project on our house. When we started, we had a very rough idea of the project. Not dismissing any of our inputs, Vani expertly encapsulated them with her own and came up with an impressive design. In just a few meetings, we had the final design ready. A stickler for perfection that she is, her drawings were very clear and detailed and have received compliments from almost every contractor we sent them to. What really drew us to her is her work-ethics. She promptly attends and returns calls and requires zero follow-up. She keeps you well-updated on the progress at every stage. She goes beyond doing just her homework, works closely with other engineers and ensures there are no delays and permit is pulled right on time. She has also worked with multiple contractors and has a good understanding of the industry and has given us expert advice every time we were in need of it. In short, she went beyond and above our expectations and our relationship has only strengthened with time. One can totally entrust her with their dream project(s). Very highly recommend!”

“I hired AMS Design to do a complete a full renovation project. Azadeh did an amazing job not just with the design but with managing all details with the city. She managed all engineering designs and plans required to obtain the permit. I have been in the real estate business for about 10 years. I have never worked with any design company that is even close to AMS. No single deadline missed, attention to all architectural details, classy and open design and layout. The contractor had no single complaint or question. Everything was on the plans. During the open house, I go many compliment on the floor plan from many potential buyers. Really thumbs up!”

“Olesia and her team have done a fabulous job shepherding our ADU through the byzantine San Mateo County bureaucracy. I can pay no greater compliment than to say when we build our second ADU, we are completely confident in Olesia's process. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are in a tight spot or are considering applying for an ADU, please do yourself a favor and reach out. Despite what people say, ADUs are mini houses. Permitting, intent to the code, property compliance, site plans, environmental hazards, nimby's, utilities, general bureaucracy, on and on it goes. You get the full force of compliance despite the size and perception ADUs are given. Speaking for our situation, we were totally unprepared as white collar homeowners figuring out how to get this ADU built. Olesia will fill in that gap, at a very very competitive rate. Unless you or someone you know has this process completely down, I would lean towards admitting that you need help. Olesia provides a clean and efficient edge to getting your project to being finaled.”

“Gemma and Lisa, of C & C Designs were wonderful to work with. I had a big project planned—replacing all the floors in my house, and completely re-doing my kitchen. During their first visit, they measured everything, and spent time asking me about my likes/dislikes/preferences/budget, and about my ideas. When they returned on their second visit, they had tentative plans and computer renderings done—and except for a few minor tweaks, it was just what I wanted. They introduced me to a great general contractor, and together we worked with him to be sure that the work stayed within my budget. They saved me countless hours by doing advance work before I met them at each store to narrow down the available options for cabinets, tile, appliances etc., they were always on time, always prepared, and always responded quickly if I had a question or concern. They were a pleasure to work with, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Please see my before and after pictures—I am loving the changes!”
