“We were really happy with Jamin Building Design. Jamin explained the difference between architects and Building Designers to us, and gave us a really competitive quote. He got the work done in the time he said he would, and was able to help me organise engineering as well. My builder was really happy with the plans, and said they were some of the easiest to follow that he had seen. We gave Jamin a fairly detailed description of what he wanted, and he was able to draw up our design, and give us some really good improvements as well. Great job to all the team!”

“Nothing but compliments for this team! Approachable, professional and attentive. Before even hiring the team or forking out any $$, their design examples and information provided during the quotation process was exemplary. Other firms would provide basics, and a few old examples, with some rough price figures here or there. Design Studio provided a wealth of information and really showed a desire to take on the project. Which surprised us, as they were the most impressive, as well as the most affordable. Given we weren't the 'easiest' of clients, it took around 12 months to finish our dream-home design, to which the team was nothing but patient and enthusiastic. Every aspect of our vision was covered with precision and ease, and in the end it was without doubt exactly what we'd been hoping for. Unfortunately we weren't able to pull through with the physicality of our project, but they'd be the first to call for our next one. We couldn't imagine using anybody else!”

“The Robb family asked Blake to design us a double build to accommodate us all on a beautiful 2 acre block up in Mapleton. His approach to our design needs were brilliant ,interesting and above all functional. We very rarely had to wait for changes to the plans , if we needed any adjustments , Blake was very quick to oblige. We loved the end design and cannot wait to start this build. We highly recommend using Blake if you want something a little different and special .”
