“We've just had our old 70's staircase completely replaced by Thomas Ferns and what a difference it makes. The whole process was very straightforward from the initial design consultation to the removal and fitting of the new staircase. One of the many things we liked were the various examples of style and samples of wood and glass shown to us during the design consultation stage meaning we could readily envisage the finished product before we placed the order. When it came to fitting the new staircase Thomas and his team were meticulous workmen with a keen eye on attention to detail making sure that the finished product was just as we wanted. All in all considering the positive change its made to our house and the complete lack of hassle I wonder why we didn't replace our staircase sooner”

He instilled me with a lot of confidence and he was clearly knowledgeable on his product. We had a delay with our stairs that put back our move in date - This was not entirely their fault. Would I use this company again? 100% YES!!! The staircase that we had made, simply put is stunning!”

“After looking at having my spectacular staircase designed and fitted in my period restoration, I really struggled to find the right company with the ability, capability and competence to make my staircase which is very complex with my very own insistence on quality and detail, I found Artjoiner. Chris (the owner),really impressed me with his attention to detail on the design, construction and installation, let alone his own insistance on the 3 latter points. He supplied and installed a staircase of dreams!!! made intirely in oak, no compromise, no corners cut, the finished product was even much better than I could have ever expected. After the staircase was made and fitted I was so impressed, I also had Chris of Artjoiner make all my internal non standard bespoke doors, all made with a quality of times gone by.. I would unreservedly recommend Artjoiner for any staircase install and and special bespoke joinery to anyone that requires a quality, bespoke installation. As a customer of Artjoiner, I am impressed to the high level of work, skill set that Artjoiner uses daily, combined with an integrity level rarely seen in today skill market to offer a true bespoke service. if anyone requires a testimonial or pictures please feel free to contact me .”
