“We had worked with this company on getting a large custom made door replaced. The salesman was very knowledgable, understood our requests and limitations on the type of door we needed. There were some delays on getting the door ready. It took twice as long to get as promised. Fortunatly it was installed on a December day that turned out to be mild for our area. The carpenters were excellent. They took their time and we were very pleased with their work. We are also very happy with the new door. We decided to replace our double hung sunporch windows. We again used this company. We worked with the same salesman. He came to our home helped us with the best options for large fixed windows. He said that he would make sure the time frame for delivery and installation of our windows would meet our request. Things were as promised we had the same carpenters come for our windows. Again they did an excellent job.”

“I have used Masonry & Glass for two major projects recently and have just signed a contract for the 3rd. The first is door replacement. They were very helpful in doing an assessment of our needs so we could select the right kind of door for the environment and style we were looking for. We valued their expertise but they were not afraid to give us their opinioin, which was very helpful to have someone who does this for a living give them their opinion. I really hate when you ask and the answer you get is, well it's a personal decision. They were a great help in that regard. During installation, they found a problem caused by a previous remodel which caused a delay and additional work on their part to fix the issue. They were respectful, courteous and came up with solutions (to OUR problem) very quickly and professionally. Project #2 was in conjunction with a kitchen remodel and again I would reiterate the same things i did before. Expertise was awesome, great ideas and suggestions about product and what we needed. We had sun issues in our kitchen and the product we got has reduced the heat and glare from the morning sun. We can actually sit at our kitchen table now and eat breakfast!! Project #3 is replacing the rest of the windows in our house. Whenever they come out to measure or do the work, they call ahead, they meet their time commitments and they are coureous when are on site. We could not decide on what to do with the basement windows - glass block or sliders or combination. Again, i got some great information from the sales person on the pros and cons of both and we came to a great solution for our needs. I can't wait to get my windows installed - they will also reduce sun exposure and keep out the current drafts that creep in during the cold winter nights. Obviously i would recommend them, since i went back two more times to use them.”
