“One of the owners actually came out the worked on the bid. Very professional, one channel/person that answered most questions, no middle man/tech/foreman or sales, but they came a bit late in our decision process, wish we had pursued further rather than their competitor. Their competitor won out b/c they had worked on a similar project near by, but too many layers, no single point of accountability with our project. We'd definitely consider Signature Window & Door Inc for our next project.”

“Our experience with West Seattle Window & Door started when we asked for an estimate. At the time we knew we wanted to replace the windows for the entire house, but we weren't entirely sure about the style. Michan, the owner came by and offered opinions about design and possible options of enlarging, dropping or any other modifications that we would want without any kind of pressure to sign with them. We decided they are are our best bet from the bids that we had and paid a down-payment. She promised to deliver by a certain date, she kept us updated whenever there was anything unexpected that came up and she made sure to have to work wrapped up the the date promised. Her team of installers had all 33 windows (except 2 that were incorrectly sent from the manufacturer) installed with one enlargement included, over 2days and took care of wrapping up a week later when the other 2 were delivered. The enlarged window looks gorgeous, adding to curb appeal; caulking, flashing, trimming and last but not least cleaning up, all as promised and with great attention to detail. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to family and friends whenever they need a referral.”

“Mark and his team replaced our rotted sun room with a brand new wood beamed sun room. The workmanship and materials simply could not be topped. The team was very fast, knowledgeable and professional. We recently sold that house and the sun room was a major selling feature. Everyone who toured the house commented on how lovely the sun room was and we got a good price for the house AND it sold very quickly. It proved to be a wise investment. I have a few construction projects for our new home and plan to hire Solarium Skylight to get the job done right.”

They helped us select the individual stained glass pieces. The finished glass windows were meticulously prepared and on time! The windows look beautiful in our home.
