They were prompt and thorough and informative on their initial visit. The estimate was sent quickly, was fair, inclusive and remained unchanged. Their estimate of installation date was accurate. The window installers were reassuringly expert, very nice to have on the premises and worked quickly and cleanly, leaving the room in better order than it had been. “Great Staff and Product. I had worked with them on a remodel for my Aunts apartment. The windows did take 3 days longer than promised, but that was the only negative thing we had to deal with. Other than that, everything was pretty quick and simple. They also spoke with our contractor a few times to make sure he knew how to install the hardware properly and Trims without any damages. I will definitely buy from Broga In the future!”
