““On our 1865 Victorian home, in Forest Grove, Oregon, Stephen and his team were able to make all our original double-hung windows functional with new cam locks for holding the lower sashes in place when open and lifts, after working through years of being painted shut. They also were able to replace several broken period bubble glass panes,in kind, to meet historic district standards. Stephen and his co-workers were always on time, completed work when they said they would and met the exact cost levels that we had discussed at the beginning of the project. Options were always given for each phase of the project, even when unknown factors, such as a large broken pane, due to another work teams error, arose and still had to fit our very tight timeline.
