“Homefulness came with smiles and enthusiasm. I left in the morning with instructions to "do your best" and came back to an astonishing sight. Two closets, organised beautifully. Oils and vinegar on one shelf, spices (alphabetised, of course) and cooking stuff on another; all things baking on a third. The second closet was kitchen equipment, also beautifully organised, with PLENTY OF SPACE LEFT OVER! Kitchen cabinets reworked as well. I was convinced that they must have thrown out half my stuff in order to make everything fit so nicely, but in fact, there is nothing missing at all. They will change your life and make your home way better.”

“Tracy has helped me many times over the years, and I think I must have known her for 10 years now! When I first contacted her I had reservations about letting someone into my home, making judgments and telling me what I should do. But Tracy's service is NOT like that at all. She did a full home audit and we chatted about what I hoped to achieve. For years I'd been frustrated by our storage area, a large room under the house which was hard to access and full of things we hadn't seen for years. We agreed to tackle it and Tracy suggested that to start with, we took everything out. I thought she was completely mad at this point. Three hours later we had done just that, assessed what was there, got rid of some of it, sorted some and made plans for the rest. It was like a massive weight had lifted from my shoulders. After that she helped me organise rooms, and filter through boxes of stuff. More recently she helped me prepare for a big move. It's always an absolute pleasure to see Tracy and she is very thoughtful in her approach. Her service is life changing and I am very grateful that I contacted Tracy all those years ago. “This was my first time using this service, I had a lovely lady Pauline who kindly helped me clear my clutter from my tiny sitting room, and helped me sort out my kitchen counters and cupboard under sink (I have way too many cloths/tea towels) during our 3 hour session. I have arthritis so it was great having an extra pair of hands. Pauline was friendly, chatty and non judgemental, I have collected a lot of stuff over the years and I do try to regularly clear clothes and other items, this has given me a kick up the derrière, I found it so nice to relax in my sitting room after all the clutter was gone. I can’t afford to pay for this service on a regular basis, but I thought I really needed the help to get me started on my decluttering mission and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely ask Pauline back in a couple of weeks/months time if I have the money. In the meantime I will try my best to donate items every time I buy something new and try to only have what I need and use. Thanks Pauline, I’m starting to love my home again x my daughter was definitely impressed and had a big smile on her face when she came home from college.”

“Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house! “As a fashion stylist, mum and lover of things, my house is ever growing with stuff! My ongoing challenge of decluttering suddenly became so overwhelming that I realised I needed an objective person to come to my rescue and give it a final push. I knew full well what to do but am just too attached to all my things. I was lucky enough to find Katherine in my search to book someone immediately and she was definitely the right person for me. Firstly I immediately liked her energy and personality on the phone and during our initial useful skype consult. So I knew we would get on. Decluttering is very personal and would not work as well with someone who did not understand you and your space. She came for a 4 hour blitz session and boy does time fly. So we concentrated on the main areas and then discussed ideas for the others. I cleared out 20 bags for Oxfam and she came with me in the car to do drop off which - is very handy part of her service. She is full of energy and sympathy for the task at hand and although we both worked hard I felt a sense of achievement at the end of our session. You are then inspired to keep the process going where possible. And am sure I would love to have her again to tackle my small overspilling kitchen for another much needed blitz. We accumulate so many things over the years that a decluttering session is a much needed service to breathe you new life into your space.”

“I am the eternal procrastinator and a few rooms in my house are testament to that!! When I met Sarah and found out what she did I couldn’t believe my luck. She’s an amazingly empathetic person that you just can’t help but like. I generally like things to be neat and tidy, but I don’t like throwing things out and now neither do my kids! Consequently we have become hoarders and our previousously neat and tidy home was resembling a ransacked charity shop! Sarah gently guided me through sorting out everything, expertly helping me rehome many previously cherished items our family has out grown. As well as putting into perspective what you need verses what you have. A very easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Sarah, she is a complete star.”

All the stress of packing up the home I shared with my late husband and two young children was taken away by Charlotte’s calm and conscientious manner, showing huge respect for important things. We left our home as though we were going on holiday and less than a week later moved into our new home which was all unpacked, organised and beautifully clean, almost as if it had been magicked from our old house to our new one.
