“I have used Farahbod and his team at NVDC, for a number of business projects over the last 10 years, so it was the obvious choice to instruct NVDC again, when I decided to add an extension to my own house. Farahbod's skill and creative flair has resulted in an extremely well designed layout internally, due to a reconfiguration of the kitchen/dining area and utility room. Externally, a sympathetic approach has been taken to ensure the extension, which comprises of a garage and living room to the rear, fits in well with the local Conservation Area. It looks stunning, and we are absolutely delighted with it, now that works are complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farahbod and his team at NVDC, as they are a creatively excellent Architect's Practice.”

“We bought our house in October 2018 and realised it needed a total refurbishment and extension instead of decorating room by room. An architect was needed and Karen Parry had worked on similar projects locally so we appointed her firm. She was really good at listening to our needs, developing several options and kept to a programme which aimed at completion in October 2019. We were impressed by the quality of drawings and submissions for planning/building control - and getting a builder lined up with whom she had worked. before. They were very good : any problems were resolved without delay and we moved in at the end of November. We are delighted with the completed work - her team was most attentive to our requirements and we would have no hesitation in recommending her firm.”
