Ben can seem a little inflexible at times, but this is because he knows his industry well and refuses to deliver sub-par results. I originally hired Autm8 Solutions for small job in Sydney (I'm Melbourne based) and initially thought their quote was too high. I'm extremely happy that we paid the extra, as the scope of works was drastically changed by the clients as the job progressed, and Ben and his team took this in their stride. At the completion of the project, I believe the amended project cost little or no more than others that others would have charged, and the project still finished on-time. The documentation and progress reports they provided on that project have now ensured that Autm8 Solutions are the first (and often the only) contractor that I enlist for Sydney projects.”
