“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“Josh has been our “go to” guy for house technology for 2 homes. Our last house was just for internet TV but our latest house was old and Josh helped us turn it into a “smart house” with 5 internet/Roku TVs, Wi-Fi In every room and the backyard, and sound bars on 2 of the TVs. If there’s ever a problem he is easy to text and responds promptly. Josh knows his stuff!”
