I have a medium sized out building and I wanted to install a projector, screen and sound system and so did some on line research and came up with Cinema Rooms. From start to finish the service, advice and time scales for completion was first rate. The sound system - Dolby Atmos is spectacular and Cinema Rooms have an excellent demo set up so you can see exactly what the system can do. I would not hesitate in recommending Simon and his team and would use them again.”

“The Cinema company installed a media room for me in a new extension, including a 75" TV, Dolby Atmos surround sound system, Blue Ray DVD, AV Receiver, Sky Box etc. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and they have proved to be extremely competent and professional. I found them to be very knowledgeable, very good at understanding client needs and making appropriate recommendations and very flexible in their approach. They worked alongside my builders and electrician and coped with moving dates and timelines due to delays in the building work. Most importantly they have been great at helping me learn how to use the system. No question has been too small/silly and they have happily returned on a couple of occasions to sort out very minor issues and to teach me how to use the system. I feel very reassured to know that they are at the end of the phone and also that they will return at any point if I have a problem.I would highly recommend them - they have done a fabulous job for me and proved to be a great company to work with.”

“I've been following RTEQ ltd on Instagram for a while and, being impressed by the quality of their work, I have decided to contact them to have a smart thermostat installed. Andrea proved his passion towards his job and his knowledge since the beginning, offering a free survey, a couple of different solutions and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each one, which made it quite easy and clear for me to choose the best option. He installed a Nest thermostat leaving everything neat and clean, paying attention to every detail (even in the hidden corner inside the boiler room). I am very happy with their service and I will contact them soon again to install more tech in my house. Highly recommended!!”

“The Epic team ran network cable throughout my house and installed a multi channel HEOS drive controlled by Alexa and connected speakers in multi rooms and the garden. They were always professional and left every room clean and tidy after pulling cables through the existing walls. They finished everything off to a high standard and were very reasonable priced. When there was an equipment hardware failure after 6 months they came back and efficiently rectified the problem. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“We used Robert/Absolute Sound & Vision to set up the Control4 system & WiFi connection (including boosters) after moving house. Robert & his team set up the system across the whole house to work for us and took time to understand our needs. He set up surround sound for the cinema room and multiple sky boxes as well as the other parts of the system, lighting, doorbell etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Robert, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have had to contact Robert a couple of times since installation a year ago and none of our queries are too big or too small for him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend. You won’t find better”

I had worked with other AV professionals on previous refurbishments but Pinchpoint provided a far more comprehensive service throughout the project and afterwards. From initial meetings at my office to understand needs and budget, to drafting plans and specs, to liaising with other professionals and most importantly in the implementation of my specified systems. The quality of their approach and delivery was outstanding and the installations are a major upgrade on other providers. Any problems were immediately dealt with and they made sure that the spec was continuously updated for any improvements launched in the market but without blowing budget constraints. After the job was completed Pinchpoint provided me with a control sheet of all my equipment, logins and subscriptions and now monitor everything to ensure all remains in order. After sales service is very high.
