“Kole Digital brings a lot of passion and innovative ideas to a project. It's your budget and their expertise. We had our basement set up for entertainment purposes - bar, screen/projector, couple of TV's, lights, soundproof panels, seating etc.. Kole brought their ideas and worked collaboratively to develop and bring it fruition. Their expansive showroom provides a good set of examples and recommend one visit the place before embarking on your project. One of the challenges we faced was around having the project delivered in time for which one needs to work closely with them else dates may get slipped. Overall, one will feel satisfied and happy with the outcome - that was our experience.”

They were truly terrific to work with on a new condo project that required a complete rewiring of sound, lighting and security systems (originally wired to a closet in the master bedroom, of all places). They were willing to work with myself (the designer) to ensure that all the wiring they did would not disrupt the design of each space. They were thorough and patient as they presented options along the way. In the end, their work resulted in a home that operates seamlessly for our client. “I cannot say enough good things about sound design. They are incredibly professional and helpful with all their work. People are wowed by all the cool gadgets we have and the amazing sound system. They have great customer service. I've worked with the owner Al who is a great guy. His employee Kristy Albrecht called just to make sure everything was still working well, 2 years after the install. They maintain the equipment well and always respond if there is an issue (and the only issues I have had were after changing a cable box that had died (cable company equipment, not their stuff). I called and they were immediately there to fix it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and laborers for many house projects. I always recommend sound design and their entire team. You will not be disappointed!”
