He takes the time to review his concepts with you and is willing to make adjustments based on your specific taste and budget. We just hired Eric and his crew to do another major job at our home and as expected his design is great and his service stellar. We have a unique landscape that is very uneven and we needed to coordinate efforts of a dirt supplier with him so he could handle the amount of material being delivered. He offered to keep a Bobcat at our location and has made himself available to move the material if his crew is busy at another job.
