“Stonepocket built an old English style stone wall on the front and side of our property, replacing a very steep hill and an older falling down limestone wall. They used all natural stone, with a number of different varieties mixed, and did an excellent job. The workers were very good craftsmen. We get compliments on the wall all the time. They did the work quickly and on budget. We are very pleased and would recommend Stonepocket and would use them again (in fact, we are planning on replacing an old fence and intend to use them for that project as well).”

“Nathan at Mangold cleared a large brush pile. A small job but the fact that I was able to set it up, et an estimate over the internet, and then make the mess vanish -- all while traveling was appreciated. My neighbor came over as he was cleaning up and asked for an estimate on his own backyard project. He not only hauled off the debris but cleaned up the driveway.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Bruce Herbst on two projects. He is extremely knowledgeable about plants and had excellent ideas for us. He listened intently to us as we partnered to create a yard that we would enjoy. I have called him on more than one occasion to complement him on the plants he chose as well as the layout. We love our landscaping!! As spring rolls into summer, a variety of plants bloom and create new interest. When we have had questions (perhaps about the health of a particular plant), we know we can call Bruce and that he will get a timely and informative reply. “We hired Ecoscapes to excavate the site for a rain garden and native planting bed (350 square feet total), install the inlet with a speed bump on our driveway to divert water to it, and deliver the plants, compost, and mulch for our project. We did the planting work ourselves. Craig is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and has been very responsive to any questions we have had both before and after the project work was done. We had him come out for a consultation, and he shared his very helpful insight and creative ideas on other problem areas of our yard. The team that did the installation did great work. The work was done within a day, and the site was left clean.”
