The entire process was easy, straightforward, and the project turned out even better than I expected. They answered all of my questions, were easy to work with, and most importantly, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Whenever I'm out working in my yard, the neighbors comment on how great it looks, and I've had many cars stop and ask me who did the work. I was so happy with both the process, and the final results, that I had them do my backyard landscaping last spring/summer. I was even MORE pleased with the results! I love it. “Randy is a gem! We have had him, and/or his team, out to our house for numerous jobs. He is known for gardens and plants, but he's multi-talented. If you are wondering "can Randy do this for me?" ask him. I am just about to message him about installing some long, narrow raised beds along the side of our house. My friend's nextdoor neighbor had some, I saw them and wanted some for our yard, and Randy is the one I will ask to do this work. Without hesitation. The thing I like so much is that not only does he do solid work at a reasonable rate, he's a nice person to have around your house. And so are all the guys he's brought with him on his team. I can't recommend him highly enough!”

“We had Jef and his team do some regrading, dig a ditch along the rear perimeter and create a large French Drain running along the back and side of our property. The system integrated into our existing gutters and downspouts, and took the excess water to daylight (away from our house and out of harms way). I highly recommend Jef and his team. They worked hard, were easy to communicate with, highly professional and the most important of all: When we had our first big rain after the project was completed, our house stayed completely dry. Strongly recommend.”

“The Fertile Grounds guys are amazing. They show up, get the job done, and do excellent work. They are very professional, but at the same time fun people to have around. I have had them do two jobs. One was a landscaping job where they built a retaining wall, layed sod, terraced a sloping area with stepping stones and river rocks, laid other massive flat rocks for a patio space, and they planted a 12 foot palm tree. The other job they did for m was to build a French drain around a house that had drainage problems. They got the job done amazingly fast in both cases, and I've been nothing but pleased.”

“I am blown away by Shawn's talent on this project. He was given an ugly plain rectangle of a backyard with nothing going for it, including drainage problems and transformed it into a beautiful backyard destination for our short term rental guests. I can't wait to post the pictures and see our rental requests go up! I had no idea this yard could be so beautiful and inviting. He incorporated so many cool touches - the steel drainage wall, zero scape plants, succulents in cool painted cinder blocks, the corn hole game area draped in over head lights. I can visualize our guests enjoying themselves back here and wanting to stay longer because of it. Shawn is a true artist and visionary. Thank you!!!”
