“We moved from out of state and purchased a brand new home near the beach. Having to landscape the front and backyard of our new home seemed overwhelming. We fortunately met Ryan and his team of professionals. They designed our landscaping beyond our expectations, doubling the size of our balcony to achieve better ocean views for entertaining and including tons of natural stone and incredible design elements throughout. Ryan did everything he promised to and more. We were so excited about our new yard and working with Altera that we had them add a swimming pool, spa, and fire pit immediately after the job was complete. One thing that stands out in my mind was we had an issue with the Home Owners Association not allowing us to have access from the rear of our property that was needed to build the pool and Ryan went as far as getting his lawyer involved and handled every detail needed, without any cost to us. Ryan is honest, dependable, professional, dedicated, a perfectionist, always returns our calls and personally comes out himself to check any issues that arise even months after the job was complete. He helped us with warranty issues on the pool, as well. Best landscape company out there. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.”

“I had used Sean and his team to do a full renovation of my backyard. I really enjoyed working with Sean and appreciated his business model vs other contractors. Sean will only work on 1 job at a time and will not start another job until the present job is completed. This ensures that the contractor is not running around to multiple jobs which may delay your job. Along with this, his team is very experienced in their crafts. They installed a island bar and fire pit in my back yard. I would 100% recommend Sean for any landscaping projects that you are looking to do!”

Bryon was honest, down to earth and had great ideas for both the lighting and new plants. Bryon had a positive attitude, kept on schedule and was very easy to work with. “I have just completed my second major landscape project with Grant and the team at GDM. The 1st one was 12 years ago and it was a complete landscape project including new jacuzzi, trees, walls, concrete, softscape, etc. I honestly had no idea what to do as I was designing everything myself. Grant very quickly put together a beautiful design for my front and backyard and came up with ideas that I never would have, I still love it today. The second project was redoing my pool and incorporating a cabana complete with tv, bar and seating. We also redid large sections of concrete to create a really nice space to entertain this summer. Additionally he insists that all his subs carry full liability and workers comp insurance and will not hire anyone that doesn't have the proper insurances. He spends an enormous amount of time on his jobs supervising to insure that the his projects meet his stringent standards. Sean is a very honest businessman with high integrity.
