“Hi Sam, We were wondering if you could stop by sometime soon and let us know what you would suggest for our front lawn. We should have used Structure Landscapes from the beginning and have regretted our decision! The other company might have been cheaper, but you get what you pay for!! We are trying to sell this house and build another one in the area, but when people see the front lawn it looks horrible It may just need to put in another bed to get rid of the rocky areas that won't grow, or maybe the sprinkler heads are just not adjusted correctly. “I can't recommend Constant Lawn and Gardener enough. I hired them to do a big job at my late mother's house and it really transformed the outside space, making it a lovely tribute to her. Roberto and his crew tended to the much-neglected backyard, laying gravel and mulch, trimming trees, adding a brand new deck and painting the patio, among other improvements. Adding mulch, gravel and edging to the front yard made that space beautiful as well. The crew did all of this and more in a short timeframe in the midst of a brutally hot summer. Roberto was incredibly responsive to my questions and queries about additional work during the main project. I'm grateful to Roberto and his team, as I know my mother would be. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future!”

“I initially hired Reed and Andrew to landscape my front yard in October of 2012, shortly after I moved into my home. The entire process was easy, straightforward, and the project turned out even better than I expected. They answered all of my questions, were easy to work with, and most importantly, did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Whenever I'm out working in my yard, the neighbors comment on how great it looks, and I've had many cars stop and ask me who did the work. “Marion and her crew were absolutely fantastic. Marion designed an extremely low maintenance landscaping plan and beautiful deck that we now practically live on. She really listened to what we wanted and came up with a great plan for us. The best part was that she didn't try to up sell us or overdo it in her design. She kept things simple and beautiful. The team was amazing and got the entire deck and landscaping done in a week, even working right after a hurricane! I highly recommend Waterloo. We couldn't be happier.”

“Abey and his crew did an amazing job on our yard! Everyone in the neighborhood gives compliments and asked who did the work so they can use him as well. We worked closely together on the design and it turned out even better than I hoped. I'm a very picky and detailed person, so this was no small task. They came and finished the whole job in 5 days for a very fair price that was lower than other well rated places I contacted. Abey custom welded the steel around the patio, put in a nice custom stained fence that hugs the perimeter just right, put edging at the right places to give the yard form, added a plant on the side, and built up the whole patio after leveling it all out! Now, my girlfriend and I have a wonderful yard to enjoy and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Abey and his crew!”

“We had Jef and his team do some regrading, dig a ditch along the rear perimeter and create a large French Drain running along the back and side of our property. The system integrated into our existing gutters and downspouts, and took the excess water to daylight (away from our house and out of harms way). I highly recommend Jef and his team. They worked hard, were easy to communicate with, highly professional and the most important of all: When we had our first big rain after the project was completed, our house stayed completely dry. Strongly recommend.”

“Paul and his team, who came highly recommended by a friend, are a class act all the way. We had a lot of work done on our new home including all new front and back lawns, sprinkler systems, tree removal, new flower beds around perimeter of the home with rocks, plants and cactus, pavers across the front lawn to the driveway, cement work on our patio in the back, and removal of chain link fence around backyard and install of a 6ft wooden privacy fence with metal poles. I was able to work directly with Paul for everything we needed. He was totally in sync with what we wanted and not only did his team do a beautiful job, but they also worked through rainy weather to get it completed in just one week. I was so impressed. Then I later learned they had some trouble getting our outdoor power outlets to work (which they needed for their equipment) so they just rewired our electricity in our garage free of charge to make it work. I later reached out about evening out some of the cement and a few scuff marks on the pavers just to make it perfect and he fixed everything free of charge. This was a large project (for us at least) and Paul could not have made it easier or more stress free. Paul's Lawn and Landscape is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat. So happy with our new yards and so happy we went with Paul. Thank you for the great work.”
