Although we were on a tight budget, they were able to offer us so many options. Everything was completely professional. The proposal was clear and included photo images so we could visualize the layout and end product. They were in constant communication during the entire process too. They are the best in Chicago and so grateful we found them!”

“My husband and I hired Kyle to design and install a patio and fire pit with surrounding plants in our back yard. With an eye for detail and a unique creative ability, Kyle came up with a perfect design for us which complemented our house and deck. Kyle’s clear communication made the project flow seamlessly. We received an initial email detailing each step of the project. Each day he was on job site to monitor the progress and convey any additional information or changes as well as answer any of our questions. The crew was on time daily, worked tirelessly, answered our questions, and cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. The project was within our budget, completed on time and we absolutely love it.”

“Mike and the crew at Elemental built my pizza oven and outdoor kitchen last year. It was another installment of the multi-year project that he drew a master plan for a few years ago. We love the pizza oven and the kids love to hang out around the fire in the evenings. This winter we had Elemental install an LED landscape lighting system, and next year we're going with a fiberglass pool. In short: professional, responsive, and the best workmanship I've seen. “We had recently added a sunroom and needed some landscaping done in our backyard around the new room. We also decided to put in a patio adjacent to the sunroom. We have a slanted backyard, so we really needed advice on how to accomplish this. In addition, we needed a landscaper to work with us as the contractor finished our deck so everything would flow together. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were really looking for advice and recommendations. We talked to three different landscapers and decided to go with Western DuPage Landscaping. The designer, Nicole, had some great suggestions for our project and worked within the budget we gave her. She patiently explained the difference in pricing between the various pavers available and also recommended plants and shrubs that would grow in our very shaded backyard. Our project came in on budget and in the time frame given. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to return to WDL for future work.”

“We have had Exterra do two projects for our home. First was landscaping the front and side of the house. This involved stone work, plantings and a pergola. We were thrilled with beautiful design and the craftsmanship of installation. The plantings have thrived and after 10 years all the work remains intact. Two years ago, we came back to Pete to have a patio put on the back of the house. This was all brick work and Pete's design was great and worked perfect with what was existing. We had some settling on the patio and Exterra was out immediately to fix it and it is great. We love the work Pete has done with design and the guys doing the install were wonderful. We whole heartedly recommend Exterra designs.”
