“They were FANTASTIC to work with- we had a very large project and their customer service gets a 5+ Stars rating- they answered all our many questions, and we have a lot of questions, very fast and professionally and gave us some ideas we hadn't thought about. We have used many different lighting companies to try and save some $$$ and it IS NOT worth it! The lanterns are individually hand- made with no assembly line production and are of the highest quality we have ever seen- anywhere!!! You can see the craftsmanship built into them. We have several more large projects coming up soon and we will absolutely be using St. James for all our lights. We refer them to everyone who asks about our lighting projects.”
