“I commissioned SLLD to provide a lighting scheme for my Grade A listed apartment in the Old Town in Edinburgh. The particular design challenge was to highlight a long, quite dark hall with a barrel vaulted ceiling. The SLLD solution exceeded my expectations with discreet floor lighting complimented by clever illumination that highlighted the Victorian ceiling features. Overall the apartment has been transformed with the lighting scheme. SLLD provided a highly professional service including a large dash of creativity.”

“Neil installed 16 lights to the outside and side of our property. The experience was excellent. Neil was thoroughly professional throughout the fit. He worked tirelessly in extreme weather conditions to complete the work to exact specification and well within the timescale that he had committed to. The standard of the fit and the quality of his self manufactured products were to the highest quality and we are delighted with the results. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough as he has provided a perfect service from his support and advice in the design stage all the way through to a perfect implementation and the cost was as estimated.”

“We have worked with Focus SB Ltd on several residential projects over the years. Their faceplates are excellent quality, with sufficient "wow" for most clients- we've used but even better, they are able to go the extra mile producing bespoke finishes where required enabling the client to get the result desired. This is not always easy and as they care about the final finish and the client's satisfaction on one stately home project they re-ran the bespoke plating taking it from good to perfect match. We regularly specify the Ambassador and Horizon ranges for switches and sockets and data points. Their customer service is superb and queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. We will continue to recommend them to our clients.”

“Excellent design work and the team fell over to be helpful. Sadly at the end of the day the project was unaffordable but not due to any lack of attention or effort by Lighting Force. Helpful, thoughtful and practical, they listened to the brief and produced attractive, effective designs to suit. Would very happily recommend to anyone wanting lighting design and installation. Very sad not to have been able to complete with the team.”
