“The first moment I made contact with Leopold's I was treated with respect and made to feel as if I were an extension of their family. I purchased a floor sample sofa, they delivered it in 2 days and the delivery men were awesome as well. Several days later I had decided the sofa was not working within my interior design and Leopold's quickly stepped in to help me find, exchange and deliver the new sofa, again in 2 days.
This will be my furniture store from now until I stop buying.....hum...I wonder if that will ever happen.

I am still thrilled and cannot stop myself from adoring the set! What a beauty! Impeccable workmanship, solid and elegant construction, everything done according to the personalized measurements and sketches I have provided. So comfortable and pleasurable to use this desk for writing, while I can put more books on top of the radiator skirt using it as an extra bookshelf. “Stopped in on a whim to look at bedroom sets. Wow, ordered one that day. No need to "think about it". The quality of what was on display and the choices in finishes they gave us was enough to seal the deal. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks. Since we had ordered a special stain for the tops of the case goods it wound up taking about 3 extra weeks. It was worth the wait. These pieces are very heavy and 2 courteous men set everything up in about 20 minutes. Hubby and I were so happy with the whole process, we went back at Christmas and purchased a jewelry armoire. They even worked on the price with us since we took the display piece. We are now thinking of upgrading to a king size bed and will be going back to them. I'll need to use the existing headboard in one of our spare bedrooms...These pieces are definitely heirloom pieces not throw away items.”

“This company is amazing at customer service - the BEST customer service we have ever received!!!! We live in Arizona and ordered 5 pieces of furniture including 2 leather recliners. Shortly after receiving the furniture, we noticed the leather on the recliners was deteriorating rapidly (cracked and losing the top layer). When we sent photos, there was never any hesitation on their part to correct this. Rather than make us send back the chairs or at least the seat parts, they told us they would redo the chairs and when finished send the new ones and then take the original recliners back. We were never inconvenienced for one moment. We cannot say enough good things about the company. Oh, and the quality of the furniture and upholstery is excellent as well.”
