“We had Steve give us an estimate for refinishing and changing the color on large area of oak flooring. He got us some color samples promptly and we agreed to a start date. He and his workers did an excellent job and the property owner was very pleased with the work. The invoice came in promptly and was accurate with his estimate. Called him on another job a few months later where there had been some water damage. He removed the damaged flooring, dried the area out, and matched the existing floor perfectly. Both jobs were completed timely and with minimal supervision. He and guys are good, honest, hardworking people and I'll use them again when the need arises.”
