I needed to replace the carpet in my bedroom with hardwood and Mike Flanders was the only one who provided a thorough explanation that addressed the process (as well as needed minor fixes to have the floor properly installed(replaced carpet to hardwood). He also provides quarter round trim and felt for all of the furniture to avoid scratches which are great time saving perks.
