From start to finish they are professional. The office staff and floor measurer that was sent out to my home aimed to please me. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The most important part of this project were the floor installers. They are truly perfectionists. They met the challenge of installing the flooring around my stone fireplace and it looks gorgeous!! They came into my home and respected it and my furnishings and I am grateful to them for that. “Before the purchase closing, we were looking for a company able to make our new home shining with a new floor. Interviewed 6 companies and got various quotes but wasn't 100% satisfied with the feedback received, in terms of price and advice. This until we finally found Chicago Flooring Innovations and met Octavian, one of the two owners. He had a few meetings with me and my wife, spending several hours and he was for us also a great adviser, not just a professional to hire. He was patient with us and very flexible in terms of solutions as we had a very tight timeline. The house we bought had carpet in all of the 3 bedrooms, tile in foyer and kitchen and Kahrs Jarrah in living/dining rooms. Initially our plan was to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with the same Jarrah floor. But after several brainstorming sessions (where Octavian was really great), we ended up with the decision to get rid of everything, installing the Kahrs Brazilian Cherry La Paz throughout the condominium. The crew was able to complete the job timely, working very hard and being always keen to explain or to assess any inquiry from us. I highly recommend Chicago Flooring Innovations if you want a top quality service, with reasonable price and reliable professionals.”
