They discovered a major issue with the hardwood floors when repairing from freeze damage. They worked with me while the insurance company worked through the issues with other not so professional contractors Highly recommend Reinel and his team. Will use them for all flooring needs.”

“I recently had my floors done by Jose and when I tell you he was very professional and listen to what I was looking for in a cleaning service he delivered and went above in beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. When he started the contractors had left all types of scarf marks and grout on my marble floors. But Jose promised he could delivered a bright shine and great clean with excellent customer service he did just that. My wife was so happy when she return home. Happy Wife Happy Life. “I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact. I highly recommend Joe Hardwood Floors.”
