“Mike worked with us to refinish our downstairs floors. We decided to replace some tile and carpet with hardwood in several rooms. Mike was incredibly professional, patient and calm in helping us understand the process and make decisions. Mike went out of his way to show us many color combinations so we would be comfortable with our final decision. Mike was available to respond to many inquiries throughout each step. He is very kind, personable and his employees did excellent and fast work. We found his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend Floors by VAL and hope to work with Mike again in the future!”

Sand, stain, and poly. Job took longer than any of us expected, but he didn't rush or cut any corners. He explained the unforeseen issues, and took care of them.
