“Dave and his team did an excellent job for us. His great service started with a detailed walk-through of flooring options in San Rafael at the Sunshine office. We opted to match and extend our current floors instead of replacing our floors. Sunshine was the only company able to find a match to our current floors, since we have floors with an antique width from the 1940s. Even so, they had to do a fair amount of custom work on our floors including custom ripping some of the boards to a manual width. The work was all done very well, as well as on time and on budget. We love our new floors. Dave has high integrity, as well as being personable and friendly. I heartily recommend him.”

Closings of escrow are always dicey, and we wanted to have this complete before we physically moved everything in. “Exceptional in all areas! The process went extremely smooth from beginning to end. Bill and his team, were extremely honest and upfront with all their recommendations and/or quotes. My wife and I were unsure as to what color and type of carpet we wanted installed. Bill on numerous occasions, came out to the house to educate us about the different types of carpets available in the market, along with leaving samples for us to place around the house to help visualize and feel the final product prior to making a purchase.
