There is no way I could have made the floor look half as good as they turned out. Robert with Hardwood Creations came and gave me a quote the day after I called. When I was ready for the work they got over there on very short notice and worked to complete the job in a timely manner and it looked great. With the shape the floors were in and the work I did myself, I was worried about how the floors would turn out. I was very pleased with the outcome and now the floors are the first thing people notice and comment on when they walk in the door.”

“I hired Joe Hatdwood Floors to completely redo my hardwood floors in my new build Craftsman bungalow in the Houston Heights area - the builder had stained them black, which just doesn't work in Houston. Extremely well-organized operation, responds to phone and email questions, stuck to their word and timeline, cleaned up the mess, and the end result was spectacular. Ossie was the foreman on the job and was very personable, team was efficient and friendly, and Ossie even came over for a "post-op" visit when we had questions after the fact.
