They excelled on multiple levels, including design, construction management, and follow-through after completion. My wife and I live in a Hoboken condo with lots of rules and restrictions regarding our roof-top terrace. Outdoor Living of NJ coordinated all required permits and inspections with the town and building management. This project required plumbing (gas for grill and water for ice maker) and electrical (for lights and appliances. They offer various brands of grills and appliances and let us know how they compare, without pushing. We visited a granite yard with Outdoor Living to view stone and granite and it was a pleasant experience. The granite installers did such an awesome job (we have had granite installed before) that we hired them to do work inside our condo after this project. The cost was more reasonable than I initially expected, so we upgraded the ice maker, granite and added some cool, LED dimmable lights, which really makes a difference after the sun goes down. It has been 11 months since our installation and we could not be happier.”
