“Frustrated with my patio and the rusting wrought iron furniture I never used, I desperately needed some help. That's when I met Eva, from Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC. She made suggestions as to what type of furniture to buy, designed a layout, and helped me choose beautiful plant containers. That was just the beginning, since our original encounter, Eva and her team come over every season and fill the containers with flowers and plants, creating new and beautiful scenes. I am always impressed, and always look forward to what she'll come up with next. My favorite thus far may be this past Fall, my planters were filled with mums, kale, and chili peppers, among other things! She is extremely talented, uniquely artistic, and a pleasure to work with.”

“Robert Welsh of Westover Landscape has a wonderful sense of aesthetics, and created a garden design for us that is absolutely beautiful. His designs are not the usual "bushes lined up against the house" and he thought about how the garden changes through the season, which means every month brings a new color and some lovely surprises. His staff are terrific, very professional and easy to work with. Every subcontractor Robert brought in on this job also met the same high standards. We are very happy with our gorgeous garden.”

“Kathy designed plantings for the front exterior of my home and selected a fencing style and fence color for a very large fence that sits on top of a stone wall and runs the front perimeter of our property. We have had so many nice compliments on the fence over the years that I have lost count and her landscape design is also beautiful. “I have had three gardens designed by "Mimi" and have been delighted with her creativity and design skills. One garden was a formal courtyard design made from a converted driveway that provided a beautiful, peaceful entry to my house with foliage and flowers all summer and interesting shapes for winter snow to decorate. The second garden is an enclosed raised bed vegetable garden which has delighted me with produce and bird life. The third is a shade garden where I escape from the summer heat; and surprisingly it is also full of blooms right through autumn. I enjoy Mimi's company and find her efficient, hard working and extremely creative. I continue to use Mimi to maintain gardens.”

“I hired Johnsen Landscapes & Pools to re-landscape part of my back yard. I had it done years ago by a local garden center and was never really happy with it. Once Jan worked her magic I love looking out the window and can't wait to see what the spring brings. She created a beautiful rock garden in a hillside, installed her signature grass steps as well as created a rock bordered garden to define space in the back yard. All the work was done in a timely manner, her workers were polite and really take pride in their work. I whole heartedly recommend Johnsen Landscapes & Pools to anyone who wants to create beautiful outdoor spaces!”
