“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“Rey and his crew did an excellent job painting the front porch, stairs, back deck and porch ceiling at my mother's house while we were getting ready to place the house on the market. Since I live out of town, Rey inspected the work with me one weekend and even touched up one tiny area to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Golsmith Painting for their professionalism, care, and reasonable price. I did not know anyone in the area and Rey did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and communicated with me throughout the project, which was greatly appreciated.”
