“We hired American RE Investor to paint the entire exterior of our home (90% wood siding.) Due to the large scale of the project, and the multiple week timeline required, it was most important to hire someone who was reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. Brock Cattanach met and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a contractor who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly, American RE Investor is the perfect choice. Like most home renovations projects, we had unexpected problems along the way, and Brock replaced multiple wood panels, tore down trees, removed animal nests(!) and everything else that needed to be done before painting could even start. We experienced excellent communication throughout, and were constantly included in any important decisions. We had hoped to freshen up the look of our faded paint, and instead we have a fully transformed home.”

“I've had a ton of construction projects done before. I've learned to assume everything goes 20% over in cost and time. I saw no surprise add ONS that weren't things I decided to add on myself later. The responsiveness is what is most impressive though. They got back to every communication same day - which is very rare. If someone was going to be late, I was given a call. If the project was going to go an extra day, I was communicated with and had time to prepare. If something went wrong + it was fixed. No arguments, no hassle. Highly recommend and worth the price for the level of service.”

“We let Lauri take charge and recommend colors for our front porch. It looks amazing!! It was a shade of red previously and we went with more of a mahogany with some darker undertones to it that coordinates with our custom front door. Our door now looks so much richer with the new porch color! Amazing! The quality was impeccable. We are very happy with the work she did and will definitely have her complete more work in our home! “Midwest Painting Co. was an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally called for an estimate and owner Oliver came and met us to discuss what we were looking to accomplish. We discussed that we wanted to paint pretty much the entire interior of our home. Oliver provided us with a detailed room by room quote where we could then add and subtract items we wanted to complete. Oliver and his team did a fantastic job in painting the entire interior of our 1600sqft home in just over 3 days. We couldnt be happier with the results. The quality of paint his group uses is fantastic. Price was very competitive with the other quotes we received. We went with Midwest because of the level professionalism they displayed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend working with Midwest Painting Co. for any interior painting needs for your home”
