“I need to compliment David Smith for the perfectionistic work he does. Smith Brothers Painting has done all my painting inside and outside. I have been using him and the company for twenty years. That shows how pleased I am with their work! Currently he is finishing up a very difficult job on my metal bay window. I have a three story row house in Charles Village. The amount of careful scrapping the painters did preparing the surface before priming and painting was amazing. They painted my kitchen, ceilings, anywhere I had a need. There is integrity and pride in the work that they do. David Smith was trained by his painter father who even taught him to mix his own paint. You will be pleased with their wor.”

We initially hired him to paint our entire house, top to bottom, to put on the market for sale. We decided to add on four rooms at our new house - all bright, bold colors - so have seen his work in a variety of formats at this point. His attention to detail and communication was fantastic - he wanted to ensure that he exceeded our expectations and clearly noticed and communicated the intricacies of our 70 year old homes. “From my initial contact with Lamont he was very professional and forthcoming. He gave me a date and time when he would come by and do a free estimate and I was the one late! He waited patiently and was able to give me an very reasonable rate when he finished. He was early each day and worked diligently to ensure he did a thorough job. He also recommended some great colors which I used! I am so pleased with my new look, paint truly changes everything from dynamic to the tone and decor of a house. Lamont is very communicative and quick to respond to emails and texts. He was a pleasure to work with and I have rehired him to finish 2 other areas in my home!! “A company owned by two brothers. Always keep work area clean, care to keep rest of house very clean, move all furniture with extreme care, quality work, beautiful trim work, matching paint beautifully, working around hand-painted ceilings and walls beautifully, polite, kind and easy to work with. Cost - maybe not the cheapest, but definitely worth a little more. Love them and have used them twice so far. Plan to do so again.”
