“We met Adan through our contractor and hired him to faux finish a number of places in our house. First he did a marvelous gray stain on the walls of our Speakeasy AirBnB. The stain turned what was cheeky pine panels into a very sophisticated room. He then stained the bench shelves a dark color to match the front of the bar, and framing of the bar turning the room in a multi-hued affair. All of the stain was done professionally, it looks amazing and is jaw dropping for anyone that comes to stay. We had Adan work on the trim in our living room matching old mahogany stains on new pine framed windows. The end result is a perfect coat that ties the new windows to the old vintage ones. We can't wait to have him back and do the beams in our ceiling and other wood based porjects. Adan is a professional and artist at the top of his game. He's truly marvelous and I'd recommend him to anyone that needs faux finishing or specialty painting work done in their house.”

I have been highly impressed with the results of my two rooms so far and know that the next room will be spectacular. I somewhat knew what I wanted in the first room and Angela got it exactly right. The second room I did not know what I wanted and trusted Angela to come up with her own design and surprise me. I was thrilled with the result and it is my favorite room in the house. I again don't know exactly what I want in the next room so Angela is coming up with ideas that we will go over together. Angela has a very creative mind and is easy to work with and a hard worker. I am confident that she will come up with a design that I will love. I highly recommend Foxy Fauxs to design a beautiful room for your home that you will love.”

“There are a few key reasons I chose Bruce and the Local Color team and I am very happy that I did. I wanted my old victorian to be restored, not just painted. Restoring is more expensive because it's significantly more work to strip off old paint and putty up cracks and old nail holes. Bruce was able to work within the budget and focused on restoring the most visible areas for maximum benefit. Bruce was fair and reasonable working through scope changes, as they always seem to do with me. With years and years of paint removed, I can see detail in the front facade that I never noticed before. The whole house looks amazing and I know it will last because the prep work has been done right. I like the small team who have been with Bruce for many many years. They are so attentive to detail and have a strong personal investment in the job they are doing. The small Local Color team different from a larger company that's more interested in getting in and out quickly while controlling costs. Rolando is an excellent site manager and they are all just really nice guys too. Bruce has a great reputation with and helped manage connections to various other proprietors required for the process including: carpentry, victorian restoration, colorist, and roofing.”
