“We hired American RE Investor to paint the entire exterior of our home (90% wood siding.) Due to the large scale of the project, and the multiple week timeline required, it was most important to hire someone who was reliable, trustworthy, and experienced. Brock Cattanach met and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a contractor who goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly, American RE Investor is the perfect choice. Like most home renovations projects, we had unexpected problems along the way, and Brock replaced multiple wood panels, tore down trees, removed animal nests(!) and everything else that needed to be done before painting could even start. We experienced excellent communication throughout, and were constantly included in any important decisions. We had hoped to freshen up the look of our faded paint, and instead we have a fully transformed home.”

Over the past 10 years they have completed exterior trim paint and repairs at least twice for us and have done interior painting twice. We've been very happy with their work every time. The latest job was completed last week. Our painter was Dave and he was excellent. He did a beautiful job, took a lot of care in the prep work, was very conscientious about keeping everything as clean and protected as possible and was very pleasant to have around. The walls and ceilings look fantastic. He painted the family room, kitchen, entry, halls upstairs and down and two stairways - walls and ceilings. The entire job took just 5 days. We're so happy with the work, we're having him back to paint two more rooms!”
