“Bob's crew painted the entire interior of our house. I had gotten bids from six other paint companies, but Bob really stood out from the rest. When he came to my house to give me the estimate, he spent a half hour (whereas most of the other painters spent at most ten minutes) going through each room and jotting down notes. He made good suggestions about the type of paint to use in different rooms, and also volunteered to do some extras like touching up my painted kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that Bob had an eye for detail and wanted the job to be done well. He sent me his estimate the same day we met. I was struggling with what paint colors to use, and Bob picked up many paint samples to put on the walls to make sure I was happy with my choice. His crew was on time each day and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were friendly and respectful of our space. They also made it possible for us to keep living in the house while it was being painted. Bob said it would take six days to do the entire house, and it took six days to do the entire house. “Katie recently performed a magical transformation of my entire bedroom set, taking it from out-dated to WOW! From our first conversation to the end of the project, Katie was professional and friendly. Prior to our first meeting she asked me lots of questions about what I had and what I wanted. At our first meeting she had a professional portfolio of her work along with some ideas on her computer of what she thought might work for this project. She instantly "got" me and my decorating vibe (if it could even be called that) - colorful, a little quirky, and fun. She was able to translate through my hand-waving and obscure descriptions of what I thought I wanted to come up with a wonderful design and color combination; she listened to me even though I really didn't know how to describe the vision in my head. Two of the pieces went to her studio to be redone. I received step by step pictures along the way so I could see the progress. She even put up with my panicky "OMG do you think it's REALLY going to look good? Do you think we should make changes?" The last two (largest) pieces were fnished in my home with no fuss and no muss. The only way I could tell she had even been there during the day (while I was at work) was to see the progress made. I am beyond delighted with the finished product. This is a 25+ year old Thomasville bedroom set - very good quality. You cannot buy this kind of quality furniture anymore; it looks like a completely new, contemporary set now, while still maintaining the integrity of the style of the pieces. Katie absolutely delivered the vision I had. I wish I had more projects for Katie at my house!”
