Jim came out and inspected the crawl space and explained exactly what we needed and provided a detailed report with pictures ect. so I totally understood the process. He did not try to oversell me. His crew that showed up at my home ontime and were professional and polite and kept the worksite very clean and neat. Jim told me the job would take four days and they would stay at the job until completed and not go to other jobs while working on mine. True to his word, the job was completed exactly on time along with his sub-contractors (electrician and plumber)! Our job was not an easy job as the ceiling height in the crawl space was only 20" high. Removing the moisture and organic growth in the crawl space was our number one concern and they took care of this problem to above our expectations.
