With very specific design elements in mind, I asked Julie to emulate the grain of my white oak floors, but in a subtly darker shade - and guess what? That's exactly what I got! Julie was prompt, detailed, organized, and very professional -- and she remained within the agreed upon yet very reasonable estimate.
