I can not say that for all stores. When I send some one there I know that they will provide great service and I trust them to do what is best for them. Very dependable with product delivery dates. They also are willing to offer new products that other stores don't stock such as epoxy grouts. Bob, Warren and the crew do a great job.”

“We stumbled upon Coastal Marble and Granite Inc while looking for a place to get a new kitchen island and are so happy we did! Steve and Ginny worked with us in choosing the right Stone to replace the existing one we had. We were so impressed that we hired them to replace our back splash in the kitchen at the same time. Steve and his team showed up on time and ready to go every day of the job, their willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction is unmatched. For our backsplash we had 32Sq ft of Subway tile placed with a platinum groute. Our island went from a 20Sq ft dark granite slab to a 35Sq ft white Silestone slab with under-mounted sink. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I would, and plan on, hiring Coastal Marble and Granite Inc again!”

He has strong artistic skills to create great concepts for design and color. I ended up with floor, shower wall and pan, and kitchen backsplash. I have received so many compliments how beautifully the shower and kitchen are transformed.”

“This company did a AMAZING job! It was a very fast and easy process! I had my countertops redone with Black Galaxy Granite. The fabrication took no more then a few hours! When I ordered my materials they had a few gentleman come to my house and take the measurements, with in 2 weeks my countertops were installed! I am very please with my countertops!”

“I visited this store a few months ago to buy material for my whole house. I needed floor tile and backsplash for my kitchen and laminate flooring for the whole house. I was really impressed by the variety this store has. The customer service was really good. I was helped from the minute i was inside the store till i left. I love how my house looks now. great job.”

“Era stone come to my home as promised and did an amazing job! They have great attention to detail, left my home clean and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was requesting. The turn around time is quick depending on the project and everything was brought to my attention before any other work. or additional charges that were needed. No pressure to ever do more than whats needed and what I want. I requested to have my backsplash raised from 6 inch to full height and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Highly recommended.”
