“My entire experience with JDM Countertops was outstanding from start to finish. all of my communication was through Cindy, in the office, who was quick to respond to all my calls and texts. i met with her to look through some of their slabs and to go through their bone yard. Cindy along with all the guys that were pulling the slabs were very patient as i did have them pull quite a few so i could compare. i found a slab that i liked for the kitchen granite and what impressed me the most was that Cindy and Carmello, the owner, were able to get all the tops made with one slab. others i had quote the job needed two slabs and gauranteed most of one slab would have been wasted (but would have had to pay for two). the price of their slab was very competitive! i had also found a piece of quartz from the bone yard which was an excellent price but even with that i was usure about the stratches and was convinced they were not going to be able to polish the piece up nicely. Carmello was so confident in his team that he emailed me a letter stating that if i was not satisfied with the outcome after cuts were made and hours of labor were spent i would not be liable for the bill. both the granite and the quartz turned out beautifully and i am very pleased i made the right phone call! last but not least the two installers that came out were also very patient and professional. i am a picky one and they went through the all the motions with smiles on their faces they cleaned up headed out and i was left standing there admiring my new fabulous countertops!”
