“It was a pleasure working with Anthony Calvitti of Blue Haven Pools on a complex pool project that included extensive back cutting into grade, walls and a custom pool built into the hillside. From the point of pool excavation and the extensive back cut into the hillside by his excavator the process went smoothly and on schedule with steel, gunite, electric, plumbing, gas, tile, coping and bonding loop installed in a very professional and timely manner. Standard of work was excellent, customer service evident and the homeowner was swimming on time and as promised. “I had Swift build a pool in Chadds Ford, Pa. We moved to Kennett Square and did the same thing again. The vinyl pool with salt water ionization is a fantastic low maintenance solution. They installed in a couple days. They do the opening and closing for me since I am normally out of town at these times. The cement work around the pool is every bit as perfect as the day they put it in 9 years ago. A family run business with many long time employees. Swift pools are in a class by themselves.”

“Chris (SQP) was the project manager on our inground concrete pool project during the spring of 2011. I thought that Chris was extremely supportive throught the construction process (appx 3 months). Chris was readily available and eager to answer any questions we had. Our pool is over a year old, and we still keep in touch with Chris and he provides advice/support when we need it. As an example of his excellent service, during the plastering of our pool, we noticed what looked to be an issue with how it was settling. Chris drove roughly 15 miles over from his office to address the issue immediately. All in all, we are exremely pleased with how the construction turned out. “I would definitely recommend Mike Ciarrochi and Armond Aquatech. I have done numerous construction projects at my home over the last twelve years and have been fortunate to have worked with a phenomenal general contractor who really set some high standards. Knowing my standards and expectations, my contractor recommended Armond Aquatech to build our pool. Building our pool was one of the smoothest projects I have ever been through, which would not have been expected as my general contractor was onsite at the same time building the pool house while Armond was constructing the pool. Armond and my contractor were able to work seamlessly together to get the project done. Armond Aquatech started the project on time. Mike was on site just about every day of the pool construction to make sure that all elements of the construction were handled appropriately. If there was a problem during construction, he personally addressed it. Our pool project was not an easy one given the terrain of our yard, and Armond was able to have the pool completed on time despite these obstacles. We were swimming by Memorial Day having started construction in only March. Mike was able to coordinate not only the pool construction, but also our fence installation. He also assisted with the construction of a river boulder retaining wall for the back side of our pool-all of which turned out terrific. When I am looking to hire a contractor, I expect someone who is reliable (shows up on time and on a consistent basis), trustworthy, does good work and stands behind their work, keeps the jobsite clean and has employees onsite who adhere to these same standards. I felt that Armond met all of these qualities and I would not hesitate having them do more work at my home or recommending them to others. While they may be slightly more expansive, having done so much construction at my house, I truly believe that you get what you pay for and that this slight increase in cost is worth every penny.”
