“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time.
Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools.
Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool.
Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“Pool Doctors transformed our Backyard! If you're looking for reliable, experienced craftsmen who pay attention to the little details, and understand that their work is their signature - then these are your guys.
Brandon listened carefully to our design requirements, gave us great suggestions to incorporate into our custom plans, and executed our blueprints perfectly using only the highest quality materials & equipment in their construction. Furthermore, they completed the job on a tight schedule.
All of the work was done by the Pool Doctors’ in house team. No outsourcing or sub-contracting. From excavation to landscaping, Mike, Jon, Neill and their respective crews were always on site and informed us at every step of the process. They treated our property with the utmost respect and kept the surrounding area clean and neat.
Once installation was completed, the handover was thorough with a detailed explanation of the maintenance and operation of the pool equipment. Jon and Tony helped with any questions we had regarding the operation and maintenance of our pool, and they were always a phone call away.
After meeting with half a dozen pool companies, Pool Doctors’ no sales pitch, and no up selling approach was the honest relationship we were looking for. Brandon, Terry and their teams’ ability to communicate effectively was unparalleled and they demonstrated exemplary services in all levels during the construction of our pool.

“I would recommend Simply pools for anyone wanting a fibreglass pool, Vince, Joe and Vanessa answered all my questions all season immediately. They listen to what you want and quote appropriately. Even when we had a bit of an issue with our contractor for the cabana, Vince was right on top of it, and got it settled in timely matter. Throughout this whole project, we had complete confidence in simply pools.
We hired Simply Pools as a turn key company, and every contractor they brought in to work on our product were very professional, and arrived on time and did great quality work. We were swimming in our pool complete with landscaping etc in two weeks.
I cannot say enough great things about simply pools and their entire team.

“Salt water Back yard pool - I would recommend Adam and Creative Pools to anyone. My pool was planned, and built, on time and on budget, by a professional crew. All of the subs,(electrical, gas, water, etc) were expert and professional as well, and hand-picked by Adam. Absolutely no complaints. Adam had excellent advice and ideas, was on-site and "hands on", and always available to discuss details. Pool is 14 x 28', with full width steps, a very modern look. 5' deep. Price noted includes a large, beautiful stone patio, which was done by another company, but coordinated in conjunction with Creative Pools.( Proper pictures to follow, as I am now in the midst of exterior house renovation which has delayed much of my landscaping.) Excellent job, couldn't be happier with it.”
