“My wife and I decided we wanted a new hot tub but it had been 10 years since I owned one and my wife had never been in one. We went into things blind not knowing what we wanted. After visiting many stores through out the Bay Area we ended up in our own backyard at the hot tub store. Dan and Nancy were very knowledgeable and answered our many questions and also assisted us in planing our project. After much research we decided on the hot springs grandee nxt. This has been the best purchase we could a have made. Our hot tub has truly changed our life. I use it daily. After a long stressful day at work I can come home and soak just for a few minutes and the stress just goes away. Thanks Nancy for helping making this the perfect buying experience.”
