“Our family hired Banks Pools to design and build a custom pool and pond for our family located in Leawood Kansas. Banks designed a pool exceeding our expectations. The construction process was professionally handled delivering a product that we have never had a problem with. After owning and operating the pool for multiple years now, we have not had one structural problem. We have several friends with pools built by others that have presented multiple problems. From the date the pool was completed, we have had Banks maintain the pool. This service has also been excellent allowing us to enjoy the pool without the hassle of maintaining. If you want flawless turnkey service concerning a pool, this is the company to hire.”

“Complete Pools did our pool build in 2014 and we have been ecstatic ever since. Joe really knows his stuff and guided us "noobs" through the entire process. Unlike other contractors who get upset when you change things, Joe was always willing and happy to accommodate and I mean.....we changed the layout of the Bar/BBQ area a DAY before the forms were going to be built. Zoe is always there for us and I mean ALWAYS. Devin provides top notch service every time and is definitely on top of the game as far as knowledge and experience. Anyone who works for Complete Pools always has the customer's best interests at heart and it shows in the quality of the results that they provide. Often when a project is done and I am asked, "would you use them again" unfortunately the answer is no. NOT in this case.......I would use Complete Pools again in a heartbeat. We are FANS for life!”

“They are a really helpful outfit. I've been able to find parts for my Esther Wms above ground pool several times. On my latest trip there Bobby helped me with pool liner patch material. He found some old liner samples and cut off a piece for me at no charge. If you need help with your pool, this is the place to go.”
